Climate change is not a legend, it is real and its impact is even very real. Around 37 percent of Cambodia’s total workforce was directly engaged in the agriculture sector in 2017. Their farming practices strongly depend on a stable weather and climate variables such as a predictable rainfall time, the local weather, water availability, temperature and so forth. However, these are becoming not reliable anymore. Farmers need to acquire new knowledge, skills, technology and resources to be able to adapt to climate change
